Fix bugzilla.samba.org version field

Any bugzilla.samba.org admins out there know how to fix the "version" field?

For "Product: CifsVFS" and "Component: kernel fs" the "Version" field
lists 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, and 3.x

Could someone add "4.x" to the list of versions? Also "2.4" can be
removed as a version since cifs was added first to the 2.5 (2.5.42)
kernel and wasn't valid for 2.4.   And there are no bugs that were
ever opened with 2.4 as a version.
