So this time it's the SVHDX_OPEN_DEVICE_CONTEXT that we're not 
supporting and Win10 backup (and probably Win8.1) are requesting. Should

(...and sorry for not being entirely accurate - the .vhdx does get 
created but then opened with this create context that we do not support)
