Since we are not using CTDB in our cluster product, we are backing-up the
persistent tdb files( secrets.tdb etc ) for the failover cases. With this
new parameter we are executing a backup script from samba when ever
secrets.tdb get modified.
Once we have the CTDB integration with our product, the above approach is
no more needed.
