[PATCH] Remove selftest.py and related modules

hi Jelmer and samba-technical,

The Python version of selftest doesn't work and there seems to be no
chance of it working soon. There is no urgent need for it. All it does
is sit around and make Samba testing look even more complicated than
it really is. To make things slightly worse, some of the functions
defined in the selftest python modules have been copied out into
actually used code like selftest/subunithelper.py with subtle
modifications to their signatures and implementations, meaning `git
grep` and the like can catch unwary visitors.

So here is a proposal to remove it. What do you think?
