[PATCH] Removed upgrading-samba4.txt

Hi,

the file "upgrading-samba4.txt" is a short information about updating
4.0 alpha version AD DCs. We should remove it.

Additionally, important stuff about updating is mentioned in the Wiki:
https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Updating_Samba

Please review and push to the 4.5 branch and master. Thanks.
