Blocker: tombstone reanimation

Hi,

I was happy to read in the 4.5rc2 release notes: "Samba now supports
tombstone reanimation" and I re-checked the Wiki documentation and my
related bug reports. However, it's still not working and a major issue
if there are multiple DCs involved:

I re-opened

and added the latest information and logs. Even if Windows tools failed
previously, manual edits in the AD were possible. With 4.5rc2 even this
way stopped working.

Additionally if there is more than one DC online, then deleted objects
are directly gone and not moved to CN=Deleted
Objects,DC=samdom,DC=example,DC=com. I discovered this already 2.5 years
ago and the problem still exists in 4.5rc2:

And if we support the AD recycle bin, we should fix this easy BZ, too: :-)

Do you agree to add these three BZs to the 4.5 blockers list? Otherwise
I vote for removing the "Tombstone Reanimation" section from the release
notes, until it's working correctly.
