Given that we already have things in /usr/libexec/ctdb, can we please
put the tests in /usr/libexec/ctdb/tests?

Hopefully there's not a good reason to avoid that.  In the future I
have vague plans for /usr/share/ctdb too, so would consolidate the test
scripts under /usr/share/ctdb/tests.
