[PATCH] CTDB NAT gateway cleanups

After re-doing the LVS code and switching to a single "ctdb lvs"
command (with sub-commands), it became obvious that we should also have
a single "ctdb natgw" command.  The attached patch set implements that,
tests the new subcommands and then removes the "ctdb natgwlist" command.

It also removes the lvs/natgw/recmaster node specifications from the
onnode command.  CTDB's script don't use these and we supposed that
nobody else does either...

Please review and maybe push...
