Enabling profiling globally ...

We would like to enable profiling globally.

Today, the model seems to be (once you have built with profiling
enabled) you have to tell every running smbd to switch it on.

We think it would be useful to be able to have it enabled via an
smb.conf parameter so that it gets switched on for every smbd.

Does that sound reasonable?
