Can Samba 4.4 form a subdomain of an existing domain?

Not yet.  We are close, and the join command can try, but it doesn't
work.

It may well be much closer with the forest work metze did, but I still
expect there is much to do.

Additionally, while most of my subdomain patches were merged, some were
not, and that would be the first thing we need to resume with.
