Samba 4.3.0 FSMO roles transfer

What is the procedure in transfering the FSMO roles tro another DC? I am
running the latest 4.3.0 release. I can see all 7 roles with ./samba-tool
fsmo show.

Is ./samba-tool fsmo transfer issued first for all 7 roles, then
./samba-tool fsmo seize issued?
