Windows MMC (Computer Management) does not see local groups on a Samba 4.3.0- member server

Hi folks,

I was checking with MMC and the Computer Management plugin today. When
I connect to the Samba server and click on Local Users and Groups,
there are no groups visible under groups.

It is not clear which RPC is failing.

Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening?
