Hi Volker,

here is the final patchset! The first patch already fixes the bug. I've added 
it so we can cherry-pick it to 4.2 and 4.3.

The next patch replaces the libsmb code using libwbclient. The last one 
updates the WHATSNEW.txt file because nss_wins now requires winbind to be 
running.

I've tested the patches here. I can't add tests in selftest because 
nss_wrapper doesn't support host modules yet.
