[PATCHES} more KCC patches

hi,

These patches tidy up a few things on the experimental new KCC. The
significant changes are:

* testing against a fake database spun up from an ldif file works
  better. This includes perhaps imperfect support for the
  --test-all-reps-from option with an imported ldif file.

* The code handling the removal of unneeded ntdsconnections has been
  reworked to be clearer and to follow the specification closely.
  (thanks in part to clarifications from Microsoft dochelp).

Some of these already have already got two reviewed-bys, while others
have one.
