[PATCH] ctdb-recovery: Update vnnmap before database recovery

Hi,

In the new parallel database recovery code, the vnnmap is updated only
after the all the databases are recovered.  However, as soon as the
databases are recovered, the pending calls are resent and ctdb can use the
wrong vnnmap to redirect the calls to nodes that are not part of the new
vnnmap.
