[WIP] Fix samba-tool domain demote to remove another dead DC

I have a series of patches to make demotion of a existing dead DC work
in a Samba domain.  The new code can be run with:


samba-tool domain demote --remove-other-dead-server=deaddc -H /path/to/sam.ldb

To date it hans't been possible, with Samba or windows tools, to remove
all references to a dead DC.  Finally this issue is fixed.

Testing welcome, I suggest doing so on a copy of the domain created
using 'samba-tool drs clone-dc-database', which is also included.
