G'Day Rowland,

You might find it helps to make your patches into github pull requests.
It still needs the (tedious, even for the most experienced of us)
process of review, but at least we have a TODO list to watch there,
whereas patches to samba-technical can get lost in the noise. 

(This is one of the main reasons why I set up the github integration)
