Please be persistent! Just send friendly reminder after a few
days if you get no replies... It is not due to bad intent
usually, but people are busy and we are still looking for
a good tool to treack submitted patches. We are also exploring
means that might make it more easy for you to land patches. ;-)

Right I have seen that, and thought I had answered.
Apparently I have't... But I have just fixed that.
