[MS-BKRP] Migrate backupkey torture test to GnuTLS and GNU Nettle

Hello,

the attached patchset changes the backupkey torture test to use GnuTLS for 
x509 certificate processing and uses nettle for low level crypto hash 
functions like sha1, sha256, rc4 and hmac sha1.

Note: Someone needs to run 'aptitude install nettle-dev' on sn-devel first.
