[PATCH] ctdb-tests: Try to connect few times before failing in comm_client_test

Hi,

There is a timing issue in one of the ctdb tests -
tests/cunit/comm_test_002.sh.

If the client is started before server has bound the socket, then that
client will fail and the test will keep waiting forever since the server
cannot terminate.

Please review and push.
