[Release Planning 4.4] Samba 4.4.0 scheduled for March 8, 2016

Hi,

due to several requests, the Samba Team decided to ship major releases 
every 6 month instead
of nine month. Please see 
https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Samba_Release_Planning for details
on the release planning.

That is why Samba 4.4.0 is now scheduled for Tuesday, March 8 2016.
Samba 4.4.0rc1 will be shipped on Tuesday, January 26,
4.4.0rc2 on Tuesday, February 9 and
4.4.0rc3 on Tuesday, February 23 (if needed).
