Patch: Pass a struct smb_filename down to VFS routines from dir.c

Hi folks,

This is a first pass at passing a struct smb_filename down to VFS
functions from the code in dir.c.

I am not completely happy with this.

I suspect we should profile this to see if there is a significant
performance impact.

Also, I think that reordering things would be useful in some places.
