[PATCH] s4-openldap:Fixed a crash when provisioning with openldap backend

Hi Team,
attached is a patch that reverts the creation of a private event
context for a transaction when openldap backend is used. This causes
the event context in the ldb-ldap module to be invalid and cause a
segfault, and since this will probably not be an issue in the future,
the simplest thing is to not use it for now for openldap. It it
probably also an issue for other non-tdb backends, but I can't test
that and therefore it's currently only removed for openldap.

A review (and push) will be appreciated!
