Can't find where pidl is generating a uint32 instead of uint32_t return in include file

Hi folks,

I am trying to get rid of the last uint32s etc, and have hit a problem
with a generated file bin/default/librpc/gen_ndr/srv_echo.h:

...
uint32 _echo_TestSleep(struct pipes_struct *p, struct echo_TestSleep *r);
...

I have done a bunch of looking but can't see where this is being
generated. I looked in pidl/...

Can anyone help?
