[PATCH] Fixes to CTDB scripts

Hi,

Here are two fixes:

1. Simplify the code in 00.ctdb event script.

2. Avoid early exits in test scripts that appear on tail of a pipe  - This
one is interesting as the test failures got triggered only under load and
slightly different environment to sn-devel.
