[PATCH] Fix bug 11173 - SMB1 Server disconnect can cause timeout on client write error.

This is an interesting one (at least to me :-).

Causes libsmbclient to sit for 20 (or default timeout)
seconds listening on *no* fd's, if the server returns
a RST packet at the right moment (causing a writev
fail).
