Update on currently supported Samba release series

Hi,

with today's release of Samba 4.2.0,

* Samba 4.1 has been turned into the maintenance mode,
* Samba 4.0 has been turned into the security fixes only mode,
* Samba 3.6 is discontinued.

There will be a last bugfix release of 4.0 (will be scheduled soon).
