[Release Planning 4.2] 4.2.0 final on Wednesday, March 4?

Patchset waiting for review+ is tested successfully by the user.

I also have submitted the openbsd build fix to Karolin with rb+:

Both of these would be convenient in 4.2.0
but can certainly wait if it is too late in the process.

This one seems rather nasty a regression from 4.1.16,
but given the fact that there is no update yet on the bug,
we don't have any idea how long it would block...
