[PATCHES] re-add and re-enable nss testsuite

Patches look nice! :-)

Pushed to autobuild. Note these patches do not interfere with the
ongoing discussion about the posixacl failures in the s4_plugin_dc
environment but hopefully these patches/tests help to clarify that
other discussion.
