A new document on Writing a Samba VFS for Samba 4.0 and above

Hi folks,

In an orgy of documentation yesterday I started a new version of the
Wiki page on writing a Samba VFS:

It is incomplete and it recycles a lot of the old document, but it is a start.

Please provide any feedback you think is appropriate.
