This isn't a bug as such, I see it as an enhancement.

This would help with creating/adding POSIX IDs.

This could happen if only ADUC was used, so what you seem to be 
suggesting is, don't use ADUC either.

How about if I could force immediate replication of the object and the 
msSFU30Max*idNumber attribute ?
