[PATCH PROPOSAL] - remove vfs_scannedonly from samba 4.x source tree

I already replied, but you were not on the list of recipients.

scannedonly is no longer actively maintained. I do no longer have access
to a testbed and to large numbers of users. So I'm fine with this.
