[Release Planning 4.3] Samba 4.3.0 scheduled for October 1

Hi,

Samba 4.3.0 will be released on Thursday, October 1st.

has been created.

The release branch will be created with the release of the first release
candidate. Please note that NO NEW FEATURES will be added after this
point!

If there are no objections, I would like to ship 4.3.0rc1 on Monday, July
20th. Opinions?
