Patch: The correct way to handle RSVD opens ...

Hi folks,

It hit me this morning that the way the code currently handles RSVD
opens is wrong because it precludes VFS module from handling them.

Attached is a patch that is not yet fully correct that shifts the
rejection of RSVD opens to vfs_default.
