Ironically, the CTDB standalone build failed in autobuild.

I think that in patch #2 the:

  opt.add_option('--with-gpfs',
  ...

hunk wants to go in lib/util/wscript, not source3/wscript.  Works for
me.

Please try again with that change...  Still...
