[PART4] [PATCHES] generate the param_table (FINALLY)

FYI this latest patches has one patch from part#2 removed:
The patch
"param: simplify lp_winbind_max_domain_connections() a bit".

Ira pointed out to me that it introduced a slight change in
behaviour that I did not intend amd is pointless anyways.
