Are we looking up Name Servers in a site aware manner in net_update_dns_internal?

Hi folks,

I have seen a couple of instances with 4.2 code where when we update
DNS using net ads dns register with multiple names the updates are
being sprayed across all sites and then it takes a while before we see
all of the updates on the local name servers ...

Are we looking up name servers in a site aware manner in ads_dns_lookup_ns?
