just for the record, I had to leave out patch

[PATCH 19/22] s4:librpc: don't send an auth header for alter contexts

because it made the altercontext rpc test fail with:

seal,padcheck(ad_dc_ntvfs:local)

REASON: Exception: Exception: ../source4/torture/rpc/alter_context.c:41:
status was NT_STATUS_RPC_PROTOCOL_ERROR, expected NT_STATUS_OK:
dcerpc_alter_context failed

We should follow up on that next week.
