Patch: Fix the problems with the tevent_data portion of the tevent tutorial

Hi folks,

I think this patch fixes the issues I found with the tevent_data
portion of the tutorial.

I have:

1. Fixed some space issues,
2. Fixed the answer provided at the bottom,
3. Changed one pieces of the code to more clearly illustrate what is
happening, and
4. Added comments to make it clearer where things are coming from.

A careful review would be appreciated to ensure that I have not misunderstood.
