Autobuilds failing...

Ok...

I don't seem to be able to get this through autobuild.
They are failing again and again at varying tests,
just as the intermittent test failures that are
currently way too frequent.

e.g. prominently:

samba4.net.api.lookuppdc(dc)
with
"Couldn't lookup pdc SAMBADOMAIN: NT_STATUS_TOO_MANY_OPENED_FILES"

samba4.rpc.echo on ncacn_np with ... (fl2003dc)
with
"Failed initial gensec_update with mechanism spnego: NT_STATUS_NO_LOGON_SERVERS
Failed to connect to remote server: ncacn_np:dc6[,connect] NT_STATUS_NO_LOGON_SERVERS"

samba4.rpc.netlogon with validate(plugin_s4_dc)
with
"SPNEGO(gssapi_krb5) creating NEG_TOKEN_INIT failed: NT_STATUS_NO_LOGON_SERVERS
Domain join failed - NT_STATUS_TOO_MANY_OPENED_FILES"

...

We really need to fix these.
