We have no VFS config options set in the smb.conf . How can I find out what samba is using?

The user quota in linux is displayed correctly, but with samba in Windows you see the double size. I've found a lot of people who have the same problem, but no solution for this issue.

Can you run a strace or look at configure logs if Samba is using the XFS or the VFS quota interface? I think the latter has a bug where quota reporting is off by a factor of two.
