WIP: Zookeeper backend for smbconf part of the registry

Hi folks,

Here is my Zookeeper backend for smbconf etc as it stands now. It
should have all the needed bits, but it does not yet work.

However, it can retrieve things from Zookeeper.

It requires the other patch relating to adding init and cleanup
routines to the registry backends.

Now I have to figure out how to use reg_objects.c with this module.
