Samba 4.2.0rc5

I just compiled Samba 4.2.0rc5 on Solaris 10. There are a few thing
missing that I expected to be included.

The patch for 'Add Solaris ports as a tevent backend.' is not included.

The patch to lib/replace/snprintf.c to allow it to understand format
specifier 'j' is missing.

No fixes for lib/texpect/texpect.c to allow it to find signal.h and
routines err and errx.
