Hi Richard,

Digging up an old thread, but I figure you may have come across it
during your investigation - does Hyper-V mark .vhdx files as sparse
(FSCTL_SET_SPARSE) when located on a remote Windows 2012 SMB share?

I'd be surprised if it didn't, but figured I should confirm before
working on FSCTL_SET_SPARSE / FSCTL_QUERY_ALLOCATED_RANGES support.
