Sorry for dropping the ball on this one.  The patches look good.  In
the meantime, Douglas (CC'ed) has also been working on patches for
this, but with tests and the server-side validation of the subnet. 

That in turn lead to the recent LDB security hole, so a public release
got delayed.  

We will post these shortly, and then perhaps we can work together to
see what is still needed from your patches?

I'm very sorry for the duplication here - these patches really are
needed.  A helpful end goal would be a runtime test for the moveserver
command to help prove or disprove bug #10419
