samba 4.3.2 no DNS!?

Hi all,

I compiled a samba 4.3.2 from source and I restored it's databases from
another machine. The big suprise after I started all up is that samba does
not even attempt to bind on port 53. I am very puzzled as of why this would
be. It is set as domain controller on the other host and there are no errors
in the logs that refer to port 53.

Any ideas!???
