Does W2K12 allow admins to restrict access to rpcclient

Hi folks,

We want to use rpcclient to the DCs to querydominfo.

However, if W2K12 DCs can be set to prevent the use of RPCs, we will
have to use LDAP.

Can such restrictions be put into effect?
