Case sensitivity issues over SMB2

Hi,

I'm working on a samba client for OS/2 using Samba 4.2.x

I've hit upon some issues with case sensitivity, whereby the client
can't list files if I use the case insensitive name - ie 'desktop' vs
'Desktop'.

The interesting part is that using SMB1, things works fine, but with
high SMB versions, the directory fails.

I can reproduce this with smbclient on linux, so I raised
https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11438

Does anyone have any ideas on this?

Many thanks in advance,

Paul
