build_test script broken with newer rsync

Hi,

It seems like the build_test script has been broken for quite some
time with newer releases of rsync due to what looks like a change in
behaviour with one of the command line parameters. Is no one actually
interested in keeping the build farm running and functioning?

rsync: --block-size=10000000 is too large (max: 131072)
rsync error: syntax or usage error (code 1) at main.c(1554) [client=3.1.1]
