Samba4 Member Server permissions

Hello:

   Currently I have installed a Samba Member Server and is work fine,
but I can't I change the permissions in the Security Tab using Windows.

My Samba version is:  Version 4.1.17-SerNet-Debian-9.wheezy and my
smb.conf look like:

    netbios name = colosus
    workgroup = UCLV
    security = ADS
    realm = uclv.edu.cu
    dedicated keytab file = /etc/krb5.keytab
    kerberos method = secrets and keytab

    idmap config *:backend = tdb
    idmap config *:range = 70001-80000
    idmap config SAMDOM:backend = rid
    idmap config SAMDOM:schema_mode = rfc2307
    idmap config SAMDOM:range = 500-40000

    winbind nss info = rfc2307
    winbind trusted domains only = no
    winbind use default domain = yes
    winbind enum users  = yes
    winbind enum groups = yes
    winbind refresh tickets = Yes

    printing = bsd

    # Real Windows ACL's
    vfs objects = acl_xattr
    map acl inherit = Yes
    store dos attributes = Yes

[media]
    path = /big/media/ftproot
    read only = no


[media2]
    path = /media2
    read only = no
